Awarded as a Best Place to Work for 2 years, all that is missing is YOU!*What Christian Care Communities has to offer CMAs:* Competitive Base Pay Full Benefits PTO Bonus Incentives Flexible Scheduling On-going training*A typical day for a CMA includes:* Assisting in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment that is conductive to the best interest and welfare of the residents Exercising independent judgement and discretion in the performance of personnel tasks with the understanding that the responsibilities are not routine or limited to resident care matters Maintaining a clean, safe environment in the community by delegating job responsibilities. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room Administering or assisting with self-administration of medication and treatments.
