Join us."Our International Treasury Manager is responsible for all aspects of Global Cash Management between the In-House Bank and the international operating segments. This position will manage and maintain foreign currency cash pooling, intercompany notes, investments, cash forecasting and foreign risk management. This position will work closely with the various Finance Directors/Managers from the international operating groups.Responsibilities:Create, monitor, and analyze cash forecasts from the international operating groups to ensure adequate availability of funds for each currency account as well as on a consolidated basis.Analyze daily bank reports/cash positions and oversee the investments of funds that have been pooled by currency at the In-House Bank. Ensure investments are within the guidelines of the Corporate Investment Policy.Work closely with the international operating groups to manage and shift the foreign exchange exposure to the In-House Bank via internal/external hedges and other FX risk management activities.Track and monitor activity for all intercompany notes held with the In-House Bank. Produce monthly loan and interest statements for the various accounting groups.Ad-hoc projects to improve treasury operations.Review and analyze the international bank fees on a monthly basis in order to find bank errors and negotiate better pricing for further costs reductions.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5 years' experience in cash management and treasury operationsKnowledge and experience with cash forecasts and foreign exchangeHighly proficient in ExcelInternational Treasury Experience preferredCompetencies / Attributes Indicate relative "qualitative" or other important aspects that would enhance the ability to perform the job. i.e. detail oriented, customer focused, team player, etc.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAttention to detail, organization, and time management skillsCompliance with all policies and internal control procedures are essentialTeam player, highly collaborative and self-starterWe offer a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life Insurance, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and 401(k) with company match.
