Join us."Our Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads the company's corporate finance functions including financial planning, forecasting, and executive level financial reporting and provides analytical support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other senior management throughout the company.Responsibilities:- Lead the company's overall development of the annual financial plan and monthly forecast including coordination of multiple operating business units and support departments, presentation to management, and identification of risks and opportunities- Prepare materials monthly and quarterly on a variety of financial topics used for operational reviews and board of directors meetings.- Analytical support to the organization for various projects that could include support for key contract negotiations, new business concepts and business development, various business initiative rollouts, and any ad hoc analysis, reporting and presentation needs of department heads, VP, CFO and senior management.- Work with various Shared Service departments and operating segments to budget, track and evaluate capital expenditures. Oversee reporting and the development of performance and cost benefit analysis used to justify capital expenditures and provide management with financial analysis to support the capital approval process.- Oversee the administration of the Hyperion Planning and Reporting application and develop and maintain standard management reporting including dashboards, key performance indicators and metrics, and monthly senior management reports- Support Investor Relations with relevant information, especially for Quarterly Analyst Conference Calls.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field (MBA preferred)- 10+ years of progressive financial experience (preferably including multi-unit, multi-national public company)- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint- Hyperion Planning and Reporting- Results based leadership with ability to drive change in a fast paced environment- Advanced excel modeling skills with thorough understanding of 3 statement financial modeling- The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines- Proven ability to build effective, collaborative relationships with all levels of management- Possess high level of intellectual curiosity- Strong attention to details- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills- Track record of leading simplification and process improvements- High degree of personal and professional integrityWe offer a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life Insurance, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and 401(k) with company match.
