dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. In this role,
you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial
lines accounts, providing excellent customer service, and
developing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. This
position requires a strong understanding of commercial lines and
professional liability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry and
will be adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. Responsibilities 1. Manage a portfolio of
commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and
relationships are maintained. 2. Conduct thorough reviews of
commercial policies and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and
completeness. 3. Prepare and present detailed reports on account
status, including any significant changes or updates. 4.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies
for improving client service and overall account management. 5.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in business practices
in the assigned region, new or revised laws and regulations, and
company policies. 6. Work closely with clients to identify their
needs and consult proactively on potential solutions. 7. Negotiate
terms with clients and insurance carriers, ensuring the best
possible coverage and pricing for clients. 8. Resolve any client
concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 9.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s
database. Qualifications 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in
the Accounting and Finance industry, specifically with Commercial
Lines and Professional Liability. 2. Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3. Strong understanding of
commercial insurance products, underwriting criteria, and risk
management. 4. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven
ability to develop and maintain client relationships. 5. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to
explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner. 6. Strong
negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure the best terms
and pricing for clients. 7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and industry-specific software. 8.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. 9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
skills. 10. Current and valid insurance license, or ability to
