local full service CPA in the Dallas area and have been in business
for over 30 years. What You Will Be Doing Oversee the client
experience including deadline management and client expectations
calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax
research and manager tax partner expectations handle billing/wip
management review returns and manage tax workflow coordinate
multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules operate in a
dynamic environment Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both
technically and professionally through their career What You Need
for this Position At least 6 years in public accounting with an
emphasis in taxation Ideally already experienced in a manager
position, but experienced Tax Seniors/Supervisors are encouraged to
apply Experienced with both Individual and Business tax Experience
with HNWI/Trust/Estate Tax is a PLUS CPA license or Enrolled Agent
certification M.S. in Taxation is preferredWhat's In It for You
Competitive base pay ($130k- $165k) DOE Partner Track Unlimited PTO
Annual Bonus 401k with 4% match 1500 hour billable goal. No 65hour
