This role is vital in managing and resolving casualty claims while upholding our reputation for customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly investigating casualty claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. This position requires a blend of analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively handle claims and interact with claimants and stakeholders. Investigate and assess casualty claims to determine the extent of the company's liability. Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives. Collaborate with legal counsel on complex claims to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files and documentation. Communicate effectively with claimants, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather necessary claim information. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies when handling sensitive information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Understanding of casualty insurance claims processes and policies Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Claims Professional (CCP) Associate in Claims (AIC)
