This strategic role is pivotal in shaping investment products that meet regulatory standards and drive market success. Located in our Boston headquarters, the Director will lead initiatives that embody our commitment to innovation and client service in the alternative investment space. Develop and implement business strategies for alternative investment products. Oversee the preparation and submission of all regulatory filings and reports related to alternative investments. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all investment products meet the changing regulatory requirements. Lead market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in alternative investments. Manage cross-functional teams across project development and strategic implementation. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting Expertise in alternative investment markets and products Leadership and strategic planning abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification preferred
