Dental Business Team - Office Manager

Job Description:

Cosmetic & Family practice located in Denton, TX (76205) seeking a full-time Office Manager or experienced Business Team member. Current OM is retiring

Monday through Friday.
Mon & Tue 8:30am-6pm, Wed & Thu 7am-5pm, Fri 7am-2pm. 1hr lunch Mon-Thu.

Pay is up to $30/hr, based on experience

Requirements

manage inventory, train staff, insurance verification & claims, present treatment plans, collect payments
lead morning huddles, present stats and motivate the team
possess optimism and positive energy
Open Dental experience is a plus but not required
