Job Description:
NPI Document Specialist ProSource Industries specializes in the
manufacturing of precision components for Wire Harnesses, Enclosure
Assemblies and Electrical Control Panels for OEM'S. Our commitment

as a leader in the industry. We are seeking a motivated and
detail?oriented NPI (New Product Introduction) Document Specialist
– Level I to support our documentation processes. This entry?level
role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with basic
computer tasks and eager to learn manufacturing documentation
standards. The Level I Document Control Specialist will assist with
preparing, updating, organizing, and maintaining documents used in
the production of wire harness, enclosure assembly, and custom box
build products. This role ensures information is stored correctly,
easy to find, and kept up to date for internal team use. Key
Responsibilities: Assist with creating and updating simple
documentation such as visual aids, basic work instructions,
checklists, and production support forms. Upload, save, and
organize documents in SharePoint and designated company folders.
Maintain basic trackers in Excel, including updating status fields
and part numbers. Print documentation packets and distribute to
appropriate personnel as needed. Help archive outdated or
superseded documents following established procedures and
communicate with team. Provide general administrative support to
higher level Document Specialists. Collaborate with level I and
level II Document Specialists. Collaborate with other NPI team
members to raise alerts, troubleshoot, rework, or implement
improvements. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and
suggest process enhancements. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of experience in document
control or administrative support in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
document management software. Basic understanding of technical
documents and engineering drawings. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Experience in enclosure or cable
