Job DescriptionThe Director of Marketing and Business Development
is responsible for leading the company's
marketing and business growth strategies. This role involves
developing and executing
marketing campaigns, driving new business opportunities, managing
client relationships, and
ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal
candidate will have a strong
background in both marketing and business development, with a focus
on revenue growth,
brand positioning, creating and growing a
buyer/pipeline.RequirementsDuties include but are not limited
to-
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business
development strategies that align with company goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities,
industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources
effectively to maximize ROI.
Develop and refine buyer personas, messaging strategies, and sales
processes.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across marketing and business
development functions.
Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance overall team performance
and capabilities.
Set clear objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure
accountability.
Marketing & Brand Management:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print,
social media, and other channels.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making
data-driven adjustments as needed.
Manage and optimize marketing technology, tools, and
automation.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and
networking opportunities.
Business Development & Sales Strategy:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead
generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners,
and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets,
including pricing strategies and customer segmentation.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure
favorable outcomes for the company.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with sales/realtors, operations, finance,
and other departments to ensure
business alignment.
Communicate marketing and business development strategies, results,
and insights to key stakeholders.
Oversee the execution of business development projects, ensuring
timely completion and adherence to budgets.Performance Measurement
& Continuous Improvement:
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance and
strategic decision-making.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
