Your Key Responsibilities: As an Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role by: Project Assessment: Carefully analyzing project requirements, collaborating with sales teams and Project Managers, and delivering precise estimates for projects, including time and cost considerations. Project Diversity: Applying your expertise to a variety of project types, including Commercial and Institutional (universities, hotels, hospitals), to showcase your adaptability in estimating and project management. Meticulous Estimation: Crafting detailed project cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, interpreting blueprints, evaluating bids, and creating compelling proposals. Complex Project Management: Handling projects of varying complexities with accuracy and attention to detail in your estimates. Industry Awareness: Staying updated on the latest industry trends and innovations to remain competitive in this ever-evolving field. Effective Communication: Collaborating seamlessly with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have: 5 Years of mechanical Estimating / Project Management Experience: A strong foundation in mechanical estimating and project management is essential. Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience with a range of project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to demonstrate adaptability. Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating mechanical project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals. Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive. Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration. Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with energy codes and project specifications. Organizational Skills: Maintaining well-organized records of completed estimates.
