are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to
join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned
professional who has a passion for design and a desire to
contribute to the Architecture, & Design industry. The successful
candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and
execution of various construction projects, including warehouses,
nuclear facilities, healthcare establishments, high-tech
manufacturing units, hyper-scale data centers, and expansive
campuses. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Project Architect, your
responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Leading the
design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all
project objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
2. Utilizing advanced design tools such as AutoCAD, Grasshopper,
Rhino, and other 3D modeling software to create innovative and
efficient design solutions. 3. Conducting performance analysis to
evaluate the viability and sustainability of design proposals. 4.
Ensuring all designs adhere to the latest building codes and
regulations, as well as the highest standards of safety and
sustainability. 5. Collaborating with project management teams to
coordinate resources, meet deadlines, and achieve project goals. 6.
Performing QA/QC duties to ensure the quality of design and
construction work. 7. Contributing to the development of
sustainable design strategies to enhance environmental performance.
8. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients,
contractors, and engineering teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Project
Architect position, candidates must possess the following
qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
or a related field. 2. Architectural registration is a must. 3. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and construction
industry, with a focus on the sectors of nuclear, healthcare,
high-tech manufacturing, hyper-scale data centers, or campuses is
preferred but not required 4. Proficiency in REVIT is required
combined with tools like AutoCAD, parametric design (Grasshopper,
Rhino) and other 3D modeling tools such as Lumion 5. Demonstrated
experience in performance analysis, QA/QC procedures, and
sustainable design. 6. A thorough understanding of building codes
and regulations. 7. Excellent project management skills, with a
proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion. 8.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to
effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. 9. A passion for
