Job Description Job Description CDL-A Flatbed Driver (Local) | Building Materials Location: Manfield, TX (Local routes — home daily) Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience) Experience Required: 2 years driving experience (CDL-A) Industry: Building Materials About the Role Terra Talent Consulting is hiring a CDL-A Flatbed Driver for a confidential client in the building materials industry. This is a local, home-daily opportunity transporting materials on a flatbed and ensuring safe, DOT-compliant securement. Responsibilities Operate a Class A flatbed truck on local routes Load, secure, tarp, and unload freight using straps, chains, binders, and tarps Ensure loads meet DOT and company safety regulations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and ELD documentation (if applicable) Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Maintain a clean driving record and follow all safety policies Requirements (Must-Have) CDL-A / Class A CDL / Commercial Drivers License (CDL A) (multiple keyword formats for search) Current DOT Medical Card / Medical Examiners Certificate Acceptable MVR Ability to safely secure flatbed loads (straps/chains/binders/tarps) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties Reliable, safety-oriented, and punctual Disclaimer (EEO hiring process): Terra Talent Consulting is a recruitment agency supporting a confidential client.
