Customer Service Representative Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 | Potential for Work From Home after training COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay: $13.50/hour ($540 weekly) during training; $15.00/hour ($640 weekly) once hired permanent • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM (flexible until 7PM, occasional Saturdays) • Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday 10AM–7PM, always off Sunday and one other day during the week • Employment Type: Temp to Hire • Start Date: 07/14/2025 ROLE IMPACT The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients requiring assistance with their garage door systems and wireless devices. Success in this position is defined by timely resolution of inquiries, accurate referrals, and superior service that contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers a pathway to growth within a company committed to internal promotion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with garage door systems and programming of wireless devices • Route customers to appropriate departments or external service providers as needed • Provide information regarding warranty coverage and refer to local dealers for service • Document customer interactions accurately within the system • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1 year of Customer service experience with a focus on service-oriented interactions • Good job stability (a minimum of 1 year at your most recent role) • Must live within a 30 mile radius of Lewisville, TX 75067 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Phone systems (inbound support) • Email platforms (customer correspondence) • Internal documentation and CRM tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience working in a customer service call center • Bilingual communication abilities (English and Spanish) • Experience in technical product support • Familiarity with garage door systems or similar mechanical devices LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
