Title : Senior Collector Location Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after training) Compensation & Schedule • $19–$21/hour (Based on experience) •10a-7p Mon-Thurs, 8a-5p Fri • Tentative start date: July 14, 2025 ROLE IMPACT As a Senior Collector, you'll be part of a high-performing collections unit handling complex financial cases including bankruptcy, deceased accounts, and regulatory compliance. Your diligence in managing specialty portfolios will ensure legal adherence and operational integrity, supporting both internal teams and external partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Process exception cases via email, physical mail, and internal systems • Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding sensitive accounts • Validate and process deceased account documentation • Manage Deceased No Probate (DNP) portfolios through resolution • Administer Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) protections and ensure compliance • Monitor and confirm payoff funding in approved manufacturer buybacks • Maintain accuracy in bankruptcy-related account servicing under federal/state law MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1 year experience in auto collections • Strong written and verbal communication • Proven ability to manage sensitive financial information • Skilled in multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Case management systems • Microsoft Outlook & Excel • Email and telephony platforms • Internal reporting tools • Regulatory databases (SCRA, FDCPA) PREFERRED SKILLS • Bankruptcy or specialty collections experience • Familiarity with legal documentation and estate accounts • Working knowledge of FDCPA and SCRA regulations By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
