Job Description Job Description Insight Global is seeking a
Patient Intake Coordinator to join the New Patient Services team.
This role functions as a patient call center for new patients,
serving as their primary contact once they are scheduled. Excellent
customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting
with patients and their families daily. Initially, this position
will be onsite at the Central Business Office in Richardson, TX,
and will transition to a fully remote role. Day to Day: Answer high
volumes of inbound calls from patients, providers, and referral
sources. Coordinate new patient referrals and intake processes
across multiple locations. Register patient accounts and verify
insurance eligibility and benefits. Schedule initial appointments
and procedures using EHR and PMS systems. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date patient records and documentation. Resolve routine and
non-routine issues related to patient intake
