construction practices to the next level! SCOPE OF POSITION :
Process Engineer is responsible for completion of assigned projects
and tasks. Duties are associated with the production, installation
of new/existing equipment, lead problem identification and
trouble-shooting measures, and assist in developing continuous
improvement strategies. Key responsibilities include ensuring
production, waste and quality objectives are supported with a focus
on safety and taking leadership of process improvement efforts
through work instructions, operating procedures and employee
training. This position supports hours that the facility is
operational. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform

operating parameters and setpoints for equipment to ensure customer
product specifications Participate with installing, commissioning,
creating SOPs and PMs, modifications, calibrations for new
equipment and existing equipment Work with mathematical
fundamentals such as statics, geometry and algebra, and apply to
practical situations and solutions Leads troubleshooting of
production problems on a timely basis Provide technical support on
capital projects Develop and deliver training for production teams
Seeks and applies continuous improvement tools and techniques
Supports the conversion of new products from trials and development
to full production Responsible for project management activities
Performs all other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION : (Minimum
Education and/or Experience required) Bachelor's degree and higher
in manufacturing, process, industrial, or similar engineering, 5+
years of manufacturing engineering experience in the structural
metal fabrication and welding industry Ability to develop
alternative solutions by gathering and analyzing data, along with
root cause analysis methodologies Ability to independently use
computer for basic word processing, spreadsheets, email and other
functions Ability to develop and implement standard engineering
practices and provide detailed documentation upon project
completion Must be self-motivated, data driven, and apply logical
thinking to solve a wide range of intellectual and practical
