- $180,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic,
innovative, and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our
Geotechnical Engineering department. The selected candidate will be
responsible for managing complex geotechnical engineering projects
from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will
play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our
projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and
quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
geotechnical engineering, with a specific focus on madd grading,
deep foundations, ground improvement, and excavation support. Why
join us? Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of
geotechnical engineering projects, including planning, design,
scheduling, budgeting, and execution. 2. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including engineers, construction
personnel, and clients to ensure project objectives are met. 3.
Utilize your knowledge and skills in madd grading, deep
foundations, ground improvement, and excavation support to address
project challenges and deliver solutions. 4. Provide technical
guidance and leadership to the project team, ensuring adherence to
best practices and industry standards. 5. Review and approve
project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet
project requirements and comply with applicable regulations. 6.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to
minimize project risks. 7. Monitor project progress and make
necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and
within budget. 8. Prepare and present project reports and updates
to stakeholders, providing clear and accurate information on
project status, challenges, and achievements. 9. Foster a positive
and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and
continuous learning. Job Details Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s
degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related
field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage. 2.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is required. 3. Minimum of
5 years of experience in managing geotechnical engineering
projects, with a proven track record of successful project
completion. 4. Expertise in madd grading, deep foundations, ground
improvement, and excavation support. 5. Strong understanding of
geotechnical engineering principles, techniques, and industry
standards. 6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight
deadlines. 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members,
clients, and stakeholders. 8. Proficiency in using project
management and geotechnical engineering software. 9. Strong
problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve
project issues effectively and efficiently. 10. Commitment to
