Parts Manager . Committed to setting the industry standard for
excellence, we offer a diverse range of factory and OEM-certified
parts and accessories to our valued customers for their equipment.
Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the accurate receipt
and storage of parts, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring
compliance with equipment standards. Cultivating and maintaining
strong relationships with vendors, both internal and external
Ordering non-stocked parts from the factory, other dealerships, and
reputable parts suppliers as required. Managing all necessary
paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting and
record-keeping standards. Motivating and developing staff through
coaching, mentoring, and training. Qualifications: Experience: A
minimum of 5 years in parts management, with a proven track record
of success. Skills: Proficient in inventory control, pricing
strategies, and comprehensive auto parts management. Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for
maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships.
Technical: Proficiency in computer processing, including
