This role requires both mechanical and electrical aptitude to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems. Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime. Document maintenance activities and maintain records. Assist in implementing improvements to enhance equipment reliability. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience with hydraulic systems. Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks. 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a food or beverage environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing setting. Strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a facility with 150 production staff and a dedicated team of 6 in maintenance. The position requires availability for both 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend off. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
