Job Description Job Description CNC Machine Operator – Night Shift Abundant Solutions | Plano, TX Abundant Solutions is seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with CNC experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Pay: $20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Night Shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Input, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code or similar) Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace Requirements: Experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, or both) Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and tool paths Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Experience with CNC mills, HAAS, or FANUC controls is a plus Apply in Person: Abundant Solutions 1100 Jupiter Rd 118, Plano, TX 75074 214-217-6888
