Construction Project Management team is responsible for the global
expansion of CoreWeave's physical infrastructure, overseeing the
entire lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction projects
from inception to completion. About the role: As the Senior Data
Center Construction Project Manager, you will be the driving force
behind our global data center expansion. Your day-to-day will
involve leading the overall direction, completion, and financial
outcome of multiple hyperscale data center projects. You will serve
as CoreWeave's representative, overseeing general contractors,
collaborating with designers, and ensuring projects are completed
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This
role requires hands-on management of scheduling, budgeting, and
risk, with a strong emphasis on MEP systems and mission-critical
infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be based remotely from
Texas, and will travel up to 70%. Who You Are: B.S. or B.A. degree
in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 7
years of construction project management experience. 3 years of
direct experience managing data center construction projects with a
strong emphasis on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
Demonstrated experience managing projects with a contract value of
$100M. Deep technical understanding of data center infrastructure,
including power distribution, cooling systems, and redundancy
protocols. Experience with web-based project management tools. A
valid driver's license with no significant MVA points/violations.
Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited
Professional) certification. Experience with electrical and
low-voltage equipment coordination, commissioning, or quality

for this role is $161,000 to $215,000. The starting salary will be
determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
