experienced service technicians to join our growing team. Job
Description: As a Service Technician at Comfort Experts, you will:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning systems in residential properties. Diagnose and
troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective
resolutions. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system
performance and longevity. Provide excellent customer service,
addressing client concerns and questions professionally and
courteously. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and
ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay
updated with the latest industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications: For Senior Technicians: Minimum of [2] years of
experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and
repair. For New Technicians: Relevant training or certification in
HVAC. Valid HVAC certification and licenses as required by the
state of Texas. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and
controls. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and
technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention
to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid
