Our VP of IT Solution Delivery is r esponsible for developing and implementing IT initiatives that will advance operational efficiencies, improve company-wide decision-making and communication, increase revenues, drive cost efficiencies, and strengthen financial reporting and controls, in a rapidly growing retail organization. Lead the overall systems development life cycle - Areas of responsibility include core ERP, Supply Chain, Stores, Merchandising, and Corporate technology solutions. Responsible for business facing activities of the IT department to include strategic planning, prioritization of IT efforts, and implementing scalable systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations. Work closely with Infrastructure and Operations team to deliver stable solutions and CISO to support the company's security program. Responsibilities

• Perform strategic planning and coordination to provide a technology roadmap for the supported areas. The planning and coordination would include: interaction with key business leads, internal IT leaders, and key technology vendors. Roadmap would be updated regularly to meet changing business needs and technology maturation
• Direct all aspects of the implementation / deployment of technology solutions for supported areas to include design, development, testing and deployment of technology solutions. Provide direction to the internal team and technology vendors for delivery of technology solutions and ensure proper accountability
• Manage the business relationship for IT teams. Work with business leaders on intake/prioritization of project ideas, provide subject ma t ter expertise on technology solutions, communicate project statuses, and help facilitate for IT Operations
• Direct and manage external vendors and consulting teams effectively to ensure accountability and successful delivery for complex large projects.
• Achieves efficient cost control by operating within the operational budget and achieve Corporate Sales & EBIT objectives. Assist with the development of business cases for new technology implementations. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Business or Computer Science)
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Prior experience with ERP and Merchandising implementations; 10 years of experience in designing, developing and supporting enterprise software applications
  • 15 years of experience in management of Information Technology; Effective management of talent through hiring, performance management, talent development, and ongoing assessment of organizational structure.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
