The Martino Group in Denton, TX is seeking to hire a full-time Commercial Property Manager to play a vital role in the overall Class-A appeal of our commercial properties that keep our owners happy and retains tenants. The typical schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Summary Objective:
The Commercial Property Manager is an integral part of our organization as they are responsible for the complete oversight of leasing, operations, marketing, maintenance, and financial performance of the commercial properties in the portfolio. The Property Manager will drive income by providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners. The Manager must have an in-depth understanding of the operation of commercial and warehouse properties and maintain company policies and procedures to achieve financial and operational goals. This position also requires someone with the ability to juggle competing priorities, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent leadership abilities.

Essential Functions:
Complete Oversight of the Operation and Performance of the Property
Developing and Implementing Effective Marketing
Collecting and Posting Rent Payments
Monitoring Delinquency Reports
Issuing Lease Violations
Monitoring Occupancy and Financial Reports to Meet Budgeted Goals
Handling and Resolving Tenant Concerns
Annual Property Inspections
Maintaining Meticulous Lease Files
Reviewing All Applicants and Lease Files for Approval and Accuracy
Completing Lease Renewals
Review and Input Vendor Invoices
Attention to Detail/Accuracy

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position is responsible for managing the Commercial Property Department.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, 40 hours or more per week. Hours of Operation are generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some Saturdays are also required.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

. Requirements: Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Texas Real Estate Salesperson license
Minimum of three years prior commercial property management
Experience with Yardi software or other property accounting software
Proficiency and Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google
Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Lease up experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations
Yardi 7s Software Experience is a PLUS
Marketing Knowledge Including Digital Technology and Social Media
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Deadline and detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to deal effectively with people
Must project a professional appearance at all times
