The SBH Digital Product (DP) team is leading the cross channel Omni-channel / digital shelf user experience across all banners. Digital is a key enablers to provide our customers and consumers with unique experiences tailored to them individually. This role will be focused on building out managing and delivering on our Personalization strategy and capabilities. Experience in personalization is required. Work/Life Balance We value work-life balance and encourage it. Although our corporate headquarters is located in Denton, TX our team is fully remote. We're likely going to have quarterly or semi-annual off sites, but that's all being figured out as we work our way through our new ways of working. We generally keep core working hours from 9am to 5pm Central Time. However, about half of us come in earlier and the other half of us stay later. Join us."Responsibilities (Text Only)20% - Strategy, Roadmap & Communications - Co-Leads (along with other cross functional leaders) the development of Digital Product Strategy, roadmaps which ultimately delights our customer and consumers - Be the ambassador of Digital Product within SBH by ensuring full transparency and visibility of roadmaps and strategies. Communicate on a regular basis with written documentation and presentations when needed catered to various levels within, across and outside the company. 40% - Business Case, Triage and Prioritization - Ensures that proper due diligence is applied to the product intake funnel. - Prepares all necessary inputs (business case, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Hypothesis, customer data points, analytics, tradeoff decisions, etc.) are prepared to determine value, usability and feasibility of product features. - Work with cross functional teams to build business cases, success criteria, and go-to-market strategy that result in informed and prioritized product investment decisions. - Triage any/all new feature requests, enhancements and bugs throughout the Product Development LifeCycle (PDLC) 20% - Implementation & Assessment - Leads the development and implementation of features and functionality by involving and motivating cross functional teams throughout all of the stages of the Product Development Life Cycle. - Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key influencer in driving results in collaboration with engineering, IT, Marketing, the business and any other impacted stakeholder 20% - Research, Constant Listening & Best Practice - Command a strong understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, trends and macro factors influencing our digital strategy. Recommend and present any required course correction needed through data-driven lenses - Constantly looking at better ways of working, share regularly in new insights and learnings that are gathered while having a data-driven mindset.Qualifications (Text Only)- 5-7+ years' experience in Product Management experience, with completion of full product lifecycle from concept through to Go To Market (GTM) - 4+ years' experience in Retail / CPG or related industry Personalization - Previously Lead the development of our Personalization strategy. - Previously Lead the selection and implementation of appropriate personalization technology - Bachelors, MBA or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing - Demonstrated ownership of the full life cycle of a product from strategic conception to delivery to maturity - Deep understanding of omnichannel with emphasis on mobile - Both technically deep and business savvy to interface with and lead teams of all levels and disciplines within an organization, from engineers to senior leadership - Demonstrated track record in Data Driven decision making - Exceptional verbal and written communications skill - Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented remote environment - Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis Certifications a plus We offer a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life Insurance, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and 401(k) with company match.
