The Role: The Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers - online, over the phone and in person - to help guide their RV purchase in our professional sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key. With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you'll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Our Sales associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

* Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures.
* Manage/direct inventory.
* Direct coaching of the sales staff on individual and team goals.
* Ensuring adequate dealership staffing needs are met.
* Maintaining/documenting all sales leads and information are entered/updated in the CRM.
* Desking deals and providing sales quotes.
* Coach, mentor and build a high-performance sales team dedicated to all sales activities related to new and used RVs
* Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and local marketing campaigns
* Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high service levels are maintained
* Recruit, select and train sales staff for growth and advancement opportunities
* Display strong leadership qualities that show commitment to a no-pressure, high integrity sales approach with each customer
* Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization
* Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance
* Be positive and have strong communication with staff, customers, co-workers and senior management
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

* Previous experience in a Finance or Sales Manager role preferred in Automotive, Boating, RV Industry, etc.
* Dealership sales experience of a revenue generating team
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast- paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems
* Valid driver's license
* May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
* Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
