Description SHIFT: PRNSCHEDULE: PRN/Per DiemWork Schedule:--PRN
Medical City Denton, a Magnet facility, is a 208 bed, full service,
Level II trauma hospital that serves the growing population of
Denton, Wise, Cooke and Montague Counties. At Medical City Denton,

service with compassion, excellence and efficiency.Position Summary
&Responsibilities:The Registered Nurse? RN ? Cath Lab - Under
general supervision, the Cath Lab RN assists withall diagnostic and
interventional procedures in the Cath and specials labs as
monitoror circulator, provides individual nursing care, administers
medication, startsIV?s, operates equipment as needed,prepares
patients for examination, documents appropriate information,
interactswith patients and physicians, assists with
orientation/education of all new Cath Lab employees, assists
withmaintenance of staff competency checks and scheduling of
in-services, assists with performance improvement, performs related
duties as assigned.Qualifications Minimum
PositionRequirements:Licensure/Certification/Registration: - TX RN
license or compact license- BLS (AHA) certification and ACLS
required.Education: - BSN preferred- ADN required and if no BSN
then required to achieve BSN within three years of hire date or
