Family Practice Opportunity - Northlake, TX - Partnership Track Family Healthcare Associates is a physician-owned organization that has served the healthcare needs of the DFW area for over -50 years . • Completion of US accredited Family Medicine Residency program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active or in process Physician license in Texas
• Active or in process unrestricted DEA license
• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills

    • Family Medicine Outpatient clinic open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
    • After hours offered Monday 5pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-12pm
    • Lab & X-ray onsite, ability to send out to LabCorp as well
    • EMR currently NextGen but transitioning to Athena One
    • Insurances include Commercial and Medicare Advantage
    • Centralized Referral Team for Specialist Referrals
