      • Shifts include day and night
      • Patient Ratios - 5:1 on 4th floor, 6:1 on 5th floor
      • Weekend shifts are required
      • No on-call duties
        • Unit Specific Information
        • 4th Floor: Med Surg Specialty with 5:1 patient ratio
        • 5th Floor: Med Surg with 6:1 patient ratio
        • Type of equipment: Remote telemetry, Capnography, Alaris IV pumps, Glucometers, Dynamaps
        • EMR: Alterra (Allscripts)
          • Additional Details
          • Floating areas as needed: Inpatient rehab, ED, PCU - within scope and skill level
          • Dress code: Currently wear black scrubs but will be moving to Medical City Blue
