Inari, Shockwave, Penumbra, IVUS, EKOS. Training available for
critical care nurses, Ability to train for scrub responsibilities

nursing staff and unit operations in the Catheter Lab. Your goal is
to promote positive outcomes for patients and staff by fostering
partnership. Your day involves overseeing operations and
productivity. You assist the Nursing Manager with planning,
developing, and evaluating policies. You also manage budgets and
resources. You manage quality improvement initiatives and organize
educational programs. You help with administration and provide
hands-on nursing care as needed. The goal is to meet department and
organizational priorities.Essential Functions Of The Role
- Creating a good work environment that promotes evidence-based
practice and research leads to better patient care.
- Collaboration with a diverse team is crucial.
- Practice changes are guided by quality improvement initiatives
based on evidence-based practices and research findings. You can
also propose and conduct clinical research.

- Associate's degree.
- A minimum of (2) two years of practical nursing experience is
desirable.
- (ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support and (BLS) Basic Life
Support are required for the job. BLS must be acquired within (30)
thirty days.
- RN License
