Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery - Location: Denton,
TX 76201 (Dallas-Fort Worth area) - Unit: Labor and Delivery
(L&D) - Duration: 8 weeks (Start: 11/3/2025 – End: 12/28/2025)
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including
holidays and weekends as needed - Hours per Week: 36 - Estimated
Weekly Pay: $1780 - $1910 - Patient Ratio: 1:2 - Unit Beds: 12
Labor beds, 6 Antepartum beds - Documentation System: Epic, CPN -
Uniform: Royal Blue Scrubs, closed toe shoes, professional
appearance required Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license – Texas or compact state - Minimum 1
year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience - Certifications
required: ACLS, BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN Advanced), NRP
- Ability to float to Mom/Baby and other clinical units as needed -
Strong clinical skills, professional demeanor, and adherence to
uniform standards Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities - Deliver
high-quality nursing care to laboring and antepartum patients,
including high-risk obstetric cases - Monitor fetal heart rates and
maternal vital signs to ensure patient safety - Collaborate with OB
physicians, hospitalists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Accurately document patient care using Epic and CPN electronic
health record systems - Float to Mom/Baby and other hospital units
as required - Participate in shift huddles and ensure readiness for
clock-in before 6:45 PM - Maintain a safe, clean, and professional
