Monitoring and assessing newborns vital signs and progress

communication Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current and active RN
license Proven experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
(NICU) Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing protocols and
procedures Ability to perform in high-pressure situations with
precision and empathy Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule/Hours: Float to nursery with no on-call responsibilities
