2nd & 3rd Shift LINK Staffing is partnering with a rapidly
expanding pharmacy operation in Dallas, TX and is hiring multiple
full-time Staff Pharmacists and Sterile Pharmacists due to
continued growth. This is an on-site opportunity within a
professional, fast-paced pharmacy environment offering stability,
consistent scheduling, and long-term career growth in both
traditional and sterile pharmacy operations. Why This Role

process Available Shifts 2nd Shift Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00
PM Starting salary: $140,000 3rd Shift Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM –
7:00 AM Shift-based compensation discussed during interview Key
Responsibilities Support daily pharmacy operations (staff and/or
sterile, based on experience) Ensure compliance with all local,
state, and federal pharmacy regulations Collaborate with healthcare
providers to develop medication plans Perform patient assessments
and medication administration Support sterile compounding oversight
when applicable Provide immunizations and other pharmacy services
as required Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
Qualifications Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Active state pharmacist license in good standing Ability to perform
patient assessments and medication administration Strong
understanding of anatomy related to pharmaceutical practice Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment Benefits 401(k)
