Job Description:
Methodist Health System is currently seeking an Interventional
Tech to join our team. This pivotal role supports our
interventional radiology team by assisting in the preparation and
execution of minimally invasive procedures aimed at diagnosing and
treating conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, cancers, and
other disorders. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced
environment and contribute to our mission of providing
compassionate, high-quality healthcare across Texas. Assist
physicians during interventional procedures by preparing equipment
and patients. Operate imaging technology and related software to
facilitate accurate investigations and treatments. Monitor patient
status and respond to clinical needs during procedures. Maintain
sterile environments, ensuring all protocols are followed to
enhance patient safety. Document procedural steps and patient
responses as per regulatory and clinic requirements. Proficiency in
fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities. Strong understanding of
safety protocols in a radiological environment. Excellent patient
management and clinical care skills. Capability to work
collaboratively in a high-pressure, team-based environment. Medical

Certified as a Radiologic Technologist by the ARRT (American
Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Valid state license as a
Radiologic Technologist. IV Certification preferred.
