Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain based on assessed needs. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain patient confidence and protect hospital operations by keeping information confidential. Provide a clear communication pathway with patients and their families regarding plans of care and goals. Uphold facility and national standards by ensuring professional and ethical practice. Excellent skills in physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation Ability to design effective treatment plans tailored to patient's needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in the use of physical therapy equipment Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas BLS/CPR Certification
