Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable X-Ray Technologist
to join our Diagnostic Radiology team in Mesquite, TX. This
full-time, permanent role is ideal for a technologist with strong
technical expertise, solid clinical experience, and a commitment to
delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare
environment. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic
procedures in accordance with department protocols and physician
orders Operate mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic
imaging equipment safely and effectively Ensure compliance with
State and Federal regulations, including radiation safety standards
Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort, safety,
and proper positioning Start IVs and administer contrast media when
required Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records within
PACS and EMR systems Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and
other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and
equipment maintenance activities Required Qualifications Current
State licensure and Fluoroscopy Permit (as required) ARRT-R
certification required (CT ARRT preferred, if applicable) Graduate
of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program Current BCLS
(AHA) certification Venipuncture certificate with demonstrated IV
start proficiency Knowledge of mobile and stationary
radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment Strong knowledge of anatomy and
medical terminology Familiarity with State and Federal regulations
Proficient computer skills Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year
of experience as an X-Ray / Radiologic Technologist At least 1 year
of acute care clinical radiology experience
