Job Description Job Description Nocona Rehabilitation and Care Center in Nocona, TX has an amazing opportunity for a new PRN Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA ) to join their In-House Therapy Team . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide clinical support to the PT and instruct patients, families, and caregivers Monitor patient response to treatment intervention Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Help to assist the PT in a plan of action for the patients. Assiting with treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients. Advising patients on exercise techniques. Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Documenting patient care history.
