Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in feeding, swallowing, and dysphagia management to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy and a special interest in evaluating and treating children with complex feeding and swallowing needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language and/or feeding/swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for a variety of communication and feeding disorders, including oral-motor delays, sensory-based feeding aversions, and dysphagia Collaborate closely with caregivers, OT/PTs, and medical professionals Provide caregiver education and home programming Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic standards Participate in team meetings, professional development, and case consultations Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license in the state of Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Experience in pediatric feeding, swallowing, and dysphagia (required) Completion of continuing education and/or certifications in feeding (e.g., VitalStim, SOS, TalkTools) is highly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for working with children with complex developmental and medical needs What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience and specialty Flexible scheduling and caseloads Access to a fully equipped sensory gym and feeding therapy tools Opportunities for mentorship and continuing education reimbursement Supportive, collaborative team environment Apply Today: If you're looking to make a difference in the lives of children in a dynamic and nurturing environment, wed love to hear from you!
