Care (Medical ICU) Salary: $85,000 – $128,000/year (based on
experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Days Location: Dallas, TX Position
Summary: A leading acute care hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager
to oversee the Medical ICU. This individual will provide
operational and clinical leadership, ensuring patient-centered,
high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and accountable
team environment. The Nurse Manager will manage staffing, workflow,
and performance within the unit, aligning with organizational goals
and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and
direct ICU operations and nursing care Collaborate with medical
staff and leadership to optimize patient care and safety Develop
policies, procedures, and programs to enhance quality, efficiency,
and outcomes Lead, coach, and mentor ICU staff, promoting
engagement and professional growth Ensure compliance with
regulatory standards, quality metrics, and patient care protocols
Monitor staffing, budget, and resource allocation within the ICU
Qualifications: 2 years of recent critical care leadership
experience (ICU preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
advanced degree preferred Current RN license in Texas (or compact
license) BLS and ACLS certification CCRN and/or CNRN preferred Unit
Snapshot: Beds: 16 FTEs reporting: ~45 Reports to: Director of
Critical Care Salary & Incentives: Salary range: $85,000 –
