Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs - Hours: 36 hrs/wk - Start Date: Dec 22, 2025 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a Medical Oncology unit requiring a TX or compact license and recent specialty experience. Details - Work in a Medical Oncology unit within a hospital setting - Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - 13-week travel assignment - Patient care focused on medical-surgical and oncology populations Requirements - Active TX or compact state RN license required - Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg or specialty unit - American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required - ONC certification required for RNs working in oncology - Candidates must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months Additional Information - Completion of orientation and adherence to hospital policies is required - First time travelers are welcome to apply - US Social Security Number (no Canadian SSN) and date of birth are required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-644536.
