We seek a person who has a passion for weddings and loves working with clients! Our Wedding Concierge at Walters Wedding Estates should be eager to assist our couples from the time they book until the day of their wedding.

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs to give a personalized client experience
Respond to all clients in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
Schedule and attend Planning Meetings, Drop-Ins, Private Tastings, and Open Houses
Responsible for gathering all details necessary to effectively execute events such as Timeline, Floor Plan, Ceremony Details, Food and Beverage selections, and Vendor details
Work closely with In-House Vendors to enhance the client experience
Maintain a deep knowledge of internal product offerings including venue portfolio enhancements, catering, bar offerings, and vendor services
Follow the identified sales process including responding to client questions, adding services and products to accounts, and documenting in the sales system
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Attend weekly Regional meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, and obstacles

Job Overview and Requirements
Location: Denton, TX
Job Hours: Full Time, Flex Schedule, should be available to work when prospective clients can meet
Pay: Total Comp $ 40,000 - $ 55,000 (Salary + Commission)
Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
Required Experience: Proven sales experience/success; Wedding and Event experience preferred
