Responsible formaintaining a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen area, foodpreparation area, tools and equipment and assisting in the serviceand preparation of facility meals based on pre-planned menus incompliance with MTC and Texas Department of Criminal Justicedirectives. Education and ExperienceRequirementsGraduationfrom an accredited high school or equivalent or GED. One (1) yearof full-time, wage-earning experience in correctional, commercialor institutional food preparation management experience OR eighteen(18) months of correctional custody or law enforcement experiencerequired.Post HireRequirementsMust successfully complete annualin-service training requirements to include physical agilitytesting and pass an annual background check, which must be approvedby TDCJ. #Talent#ZR
