Your ImpactAll Lowe's associates deliver quality customer
service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked
with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Merchandising
Service Associate you could be assigned to multiple areas of the
store and could have responsibility in Plant Service as outlined
below, this means: (1) Being friendly and professional, and
engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs, (2) Ensuring
signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so that
merchandise is easy to locate, and (3) Creating visually appealing
product selections that are safe, clean, and easy for customers to
access. The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA)
completes merchandising resets and service-related projects
accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and
safety standards. To be successful, this associate must be able to
follows detailed project instructions. The Seasonal MSA builds
displays, processes damaged products, rotates and prices stock,
resolves project issues or questions, checks third party work
completion, and provides proof of project completion. One of the
assigned areas of this role is in Plant Service. Seasonal MSA Plant
Service is primarily responsible for overseeing execution of all
assigned Live Nursery merchandising service responsibilities and
maintenance activities. This involves working outside in the garden
center, ensuring merchandise is stocked, fronted, and priced
according to plantograms and store-specific merchandising standards
(e.g., stock, displays, promotion space). The Seasonal
Merchandising Service Associate works closely with the
Merchandising Service Manager, Merchandising Service Associate-
Plant Service Lead, Store Departmental Associates and store leaders
to confirm priorities and needs (e.g., materials, supplies, time)
while also providing ongoing service updates and feedback. The
Seasonal MSA is required to maintain a safe and secure work
environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards,
keeping store areas clean and organized, and monitoring for
potential theft or security risks. Travel Requirements: This role
does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to
travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support
neighboring stores.What you will doCustomer ServiceProvides SMART
customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's
customer service policies, procedures and programsBuilds
relationships with vendors by providing direction and checking to
ensure merchandise resets are completed according to Lowes
specificationsCollaborates with the Merchandising Service team and
Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project
needs (e.g., materials, supplies, time)Analyzes metrics and
provides feedback on project execution and in-store service to
store, market, and corporate leadersAlthough majority of time of
time will be spent in activities that do not involve the direct
interaction with customers, the individual in this role is expected
to engage with customers when the opportunity arises. This

demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading

of the store and walking them through projects when

information to customers regarding all stock, special order
merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty
information related to Lowes programsIn-stockMoves or replaces
beams and grids, rotates stock, builds products, and displays
products and support materials using power equipment (e.g., lifts,
order pickers) per reset and/or project instructions and
processesIdentifies damaged products, removes them from the
shelves, delivers them to Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area, and
signs off on the products as defectiveVerifies buyback items and
ensures they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shippingIdentifies
damaged or missing signage, displays, and collateral and orders
replacements in accordance with merchandising standards and
planogram detailsConfirms that product pricing information is
visible and clear and resolves/replaces any missing pricing
labelsUpdates/validates wayfinding and product location signage as
well as digital maintenance of this information throughout the
storeEnsures cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks and
gravity feed bins are placed appropriately, helping to drive add-on
salesWorks with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged
merchandise for quick saleSorts products in bins, drawers and boxes
to ensure that they are in the proper locationMerchandise to
plantogram, price, color block and place plants as they arriveFill
plant racks onto plant tables per plantogram to grand opening ready
standardsClean and Safe StoresReviews, completes, and enters
completion details (when, what, amount of time spent, taking and
uploading photographs to confirm servicing completion, etc.) for
all assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance
tasksEnsures all reset displays are safe and in working order and
repaired/replaced as neededRepairs/seals damaged packaging and
boxes including peg-hook itemsRemoves all trash, moves cardboard
boxes to the bailer, and moves plastic wrap and other debris to the
compactorReplaces light bulbs and alerts the appropriate contact
when additional maintenance issues are noted (lights out, painting,
etc.)Detects common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security
risks, and promptly communicates them to management and/or Asset
ProtectionEnsures compliance with housekeeping standards and
programs (e.g., Zone Recovery) to maintain cleanliness and
organization of store and working areasMaintains a safe and secure
work environment, which may include conducting daily safety
reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors
and gatesAdheres to all safety requirements relevant to ones
regular job duties: top stock safety, reinstalling safety cables,
use of aisle blockers, a tether line on power equipment, spotters,
and safety devicesOperates store equipment as needed depending on
one specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone,
paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance
system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters,
compacter baler)In addition to the above responsibilities, this
individual is held accountable for other duties as assignedMaintain
point-of-sale signage including bin plus beam label stock ensuring
all bin locators are placed and price changes are activatedAudit
and update pricing labels inside and outside the store to ensure
