Job Description:
An international financial technology company is filling a
position for a Telecommute Senior Recruiter. Individual must be
able to fulfill the following responsibilities:Manage and drive the
full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to
feedback and offerPartner with the founders on executing key hires
for the organizationBuild a consistent pipeline of candidates
through a variety of sourcing channels and programsPosition
Requirements Include: Background managing and driving the full
recruitment process from end-to-endDemonstrated success at
identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional engineering talent
in the tech industryComfort working in a data-driven
environmentCuriosity and interest in learning about the crypto
industryExperience implementing and refining successful recruiting
processesExperience maintaining data integrity for applicant
tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software
