Location:Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment:Tal Mgmt/Human ResourcesShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Cook Children's Recruiter I position is responsible for Talent Acquisition functions, including candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. As a Cook Children's Recruiter I, you will identify recruitment markets and strategies, perform candidate sourcing, recommend appropriate advertising, and facilitate the hiring process. You will manage the hiring process, which includes applicant screening through onboarding, for the recruiters assigned areas of responsibility. The recruiter is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to our hiring managers.Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year work experience in human resources or recruitment required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume mining and behavioral interviewing preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
