Job Title: Recruiter – Hospitality Location: Coppell, TX 75019 | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Compensation & Schedule • $25–$29 per hour based on experience • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday • Temp-to-hire, W2 employment • Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT This role is essential in attracting and securing top food service talent to support new store openings and ongoing operations. The recruiter will ensure a steady pipeline of qualified hospitality professionals, partnering with leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead full-cycle recruitment for food service and hospitality roles across new and existing locations • Partner with restaurant and operations managers to align hiring with business objectives • Source hospitality and food service candidates via job boards, networking, and community partnerships • Conduct interviews to assess hospitality skill sets and cultural fit • Represent the client at job fairs and community hiring events targeting food service talent MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience within hospitality or food service • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for restaurant, food service, or hospitality positions • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Microsoft Office Suite • Zoom / Teams (video conferencing) • Event management tools for recruitment PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with hospitality leadership • Experience with employer branding initiatives in hospitality or food service sectors • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
