This role is a trusted advisor to executive leadership, responsible for enterprise communications, change strategy, and storytelling that supports growth, transformation, and engagement. What You’ll Do Advise C suite leaders on executive messaging, tone, and change readiness Lead enterprise internal communications across a distributed workforce Design and execute change communication strategies for major initiatives Support acquisitions, restructures, leadership transitions, and workforce changes Partner with HR and business leaders on people centered communications Establish editorial standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and focus Elevate enterprise events, town halls, and leadership communications Lead crisis and high stakes communications with confidence and empathy What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in marketing and/or communications preferred 10 to 12 years of progressively increasing marketing and communications experience in a large organization Proven experience advising senior and executive leaders Deep expertise in change management and transformation communications Strong executive presence and ability to influence across levels Exceptional storytelling skills that translate complexity into clarity Why Our Space Purpose driven culture where communication shapes experience and trust High visibility role with enterprise impact Opportunity to lead meaningful change in a growing organization Lifespace has enjoyed over 40 years of success, and this is just the beginning.
