Developing and executing on creative sourcing strategies to engage top tier sales talent across the US
Centering diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the entire lifecycle of an interview process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

You are passionate about driving sales recruitment efforts and have 5+ years of experience recruiting sales professionals
5+ years' experience performing full life-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years of that in-house
You have a High School Diploma
Highly empathetic individual who cares deeply about fostering real relationships, both with candidates and current team members
You are a creative go-getter for whom no task is too small or too large
You are someone who loves to source
