Senior Technology Business AnalystThe Senior Technology Business Analyst is a senior-level position with the Funds Transfer Pricing transformation program, responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Transfer Pricing solutions with Citi's core business functions and partner with multiple teams to meet goals and deploy new products and process enhancements.
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Solve the highest-impact, highest-profile problems with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions) and communicate with external parties as needed
• Conduct management activities, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assigned
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:
  • Subject Matter Expertise on Treasury Funds Transfer Pricing, Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book and Liquidity Risk management.
  • 3+ years of experience on the Big Data / Hadoop ecosystem and JavaSpark programming.
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Database and SQL programming
  • 10+ years of experience on Java programming and Microservices architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with RabbitMQ message broker and Kafka data streaming, SFTP, Unix Shell scripts.
  • 2+ years of experience with Tableau reporting
  • 2-5 years of experience on industry standard tools like Autosys, CyberArk, AppDynamics
  • Certified in Project Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in Functional / Non-Functional testing (Performance / Stress testing)
  • Experience with Citi tools (such as EEMS, EERS, Autowatch, Inquiry Framework), and knowledge of Citi systems such as (Genesis, Full Suite, Olympus, Intellect) will be a plus.
  • Proven ability to effortlessly engage with senior stakeholders
  • Track record of successfully leading the delivery of multiple financial transformation projects end to end - from requirements elicitation to analysis & design, development, testing & release.Education:
